HOST A WORKSHOP
She Believes She Can CIC delivers a newly developed 12-week programme, Inspire. Change. Progress., designed to support women’s confidence, connection, and forward momentum.
The programme is delivered through a series of linked workshops which are designed to be safe, accessible, and trauma-informed, supporting women at their own pace. These are not motivational talks or one-off inspiration sessions. They are practical, facilitated spaces grounded in lived experience, dignity, and consistency.
WHAT OUR WORKSHOPS COVER
MOVEMENT & WELLBEING
Gentle, trauma-informed movement such as pilates, walking, and grounding practices to support nervous system regulation, confidence, and reconnection.

CONFIDENCE & SELF-BELIEF
Facilitated sessions that help women rebuild confidence, voice, and agency in ways that feel safe and achievable.

PRACTICAL LIFE SKILLS
Support with CVs, employability confidence, navigating systems, and preparing for next steps.

PEER CONNECTION
Structured, facilitated spaces that reduce isolation and build community safely and respectfully.
