MOVEMENT & WELL-BEING
Trauma-informed movement and wellbeing sessions that support confidence, connection, and emotional regulation. Through accessible activities such as pilates, walk-and-talks, and creative movement, women are supported to reconnect with their bodies in safe, non-judgemental spaces.
This programme is funded by the GLL Physical Activity Inclusion Fund, helping remove barriers to physical activity and wellbeing.
COMMUNITY POP-UPs
Local, accessible pop-up sessions hosted in familiar community spaces. These gatherings combine connection, conversation, and practical support, offering low-barrier ways to engage, reduce isolation, and access help. For many, community pop-ups are the first step towards feeling seen, believed, and supported.
INSPIRE. CHANGE. PROGRESS.
A structured wellbeing programme focused on confidence, connection, and forward momentum.
The programme blends gentle movement, wellbeing activities, and practical workshops to support emotional wellbeing and everyday stability. Sessions include movement and walk-and-talk activities, confidence-building and CV support, housing guidance, stress and sleep awareness, and peer-to-peer connection.
